Oh, Marone! The cast of VH1’s “Mob Wives” had a party and it turned violent. At the center of the melee was new cast member Natalie Guercio, who already looks like she’ll fit right in.SoHo club Greenhouse was the setting for Thursday night’s fight at a party for the show’s season premiere. It was there that Guercio, a funeral director from Philadelphia, dove headlong into a fracas with another woman, according to a police source.When a cousin of the woman Guercio was arguing with tried to break up the scuffle, the new Mob Wife allegedly christened her crown with a glass booze bottle.Alexis Crinion, 45, was taken to Lower Manhattan Hospital, where she needed seven stitches to close the head wound, cops told The News’ Barry Paddock.Then, in a move that would make any old-school mobster proud, the NYPD source says Crinion declined to rat on the woman who allegedly bashed her over the head.This isn’t the show’s first rodeo. In January, Confidenti@l reported a ruckus between security and the mafioso missuses at Frames Bowling Lounge in Hell’s Kitchen when it hosted a party for the show’s third season.A Greenhouse spokeswoman tells us the latest squabble was during a private VH1 event and that club owner Barry Mullineaux had nothing to do with it — he was in Miami throwing a pop-up party for W.i.P., another club he runs, which operates here in the same building as Greenhouse.Trouble is nothing new to this SoHo hotspot. In October 2009, two partygoers were stabbed inside the club. In July 2010, EMT Jason Green was shot and killed following an altercation at Greenhouse’s door.In February 2011, reality TV star Rashidah Ali allegedly slashed a Greenhouse bouncer’s face, causing him 50 stitches. It’s also worth noting W.i.P was the site of Chris Brown and Drake’s big bottle-throwing brouhaha in 2012.

Paris Hilton’s little brother Barron Hilton was involved in a brawl at a Miami mansion Friday and he’s blaming Lindsay Lohan for starting the whole thing, reports TMZ. Barron had been partying at the house, where LiLo is staying during Art Basel, and he reportedly says Lindsay accused him of talking about her to her male friend. After the altercation, 24-year-old Barron spoke to cops, claiming the actress ordered the beatdown. Lindsay’s father, Michael Lohan, has denied she was involved in any way.
