Justin Bieber's latest makeout buddy music video co-star is claiming the crooner's ex, Selena Gomez, has dissed her on Instagram.
Cailin Russo, who appeared alongside Biebs in the PDA-packed "All That Matters" video, tells Cosmopolitan that SelGo threw some major shade at her when she posted a photo hinting that there's more to the co-stars than just a professional relationship.
"I'm sure there might be bitterness, but I was just doing my job. She posted a picture on Instagram that said, "I thought he only liked the Latina category. Smh... #nomakeup #hatewhengirlssaythat." It was clearly directed at him with me in the video, but like I said I was just doing my job," Russo tells the publication. Thephoto in question has since been deleted off Gomez's profile.
Adding that it's "ridiculous" fans have been comparing her to the former Disney star, Russo explains, "Selena is a superstar and I'm just a girl in a video. She's his ex and I'm sure they still have feelings for each other."
According to the 19-year-old video vixen, she's been getting hate mail from Beliebers since Bieber shared a photo of her kissing him on his Instagram.
"I didn't know he was going to post the picture of us on set, but when I saw it I was like, 'Oh sh*t, he just dropped that!'" Russo, who admits she texts and FaceTimes with the singer "now and then," says. "I've gotten several death threats, none like, 'I'm going to find you and kill you,' but I've received ones that say, 'Die,' and 'Kill yourself' — people seriously have no boundaries with social media, I was just doing my job."
"But there are lot of people defending me, too, which is nice. I've definitely gained some fans from this all," she adds.
Just not Selena Gomez, right?
