It was a question Nicki posed in her song, “I Feel Free,” but in an life imitating art moment, it’s one she’ll probably be asking her hype man/boo thang Scaff Beezy aka Safaree Samuels.
In a Vlog documenting the experience, SB explained why he felt compelled to get Nicki’s likeness tattooed on his arm.

A lot of people out there tattoo somebody that they don’t know. Why not tattoo somebody that I know, you know? *looks at left arm* The Bob Marley? I don’t know what I was thinking…I said yeah, let me get something for Jamaica. 

The tattoo which is a beautiful piece of artwork took 8 hours to complete the first session but his arm got too swollen to continue. He had to come back later for another 4-5 hours to finish.
Even if they’re not dating, homeboy is in love.
